Brad Smith | June Zeplin | Sharon Sokol

June Zeplin began her career with community financial institutions over 20 years ago.  She has 11 years of consulting experience and is co-founder of Abound Resources.  As Vice President of Advisory Services, she and her team are charged with helping community financial institutions make the right technology decisions. An experience advisor, June works to guide Abound clients through the technology selection and vendor performance management process and to ensure customer satisfaction. With across-the-board knowledge of operations, Ms. Zeplin brings expertise in project and time management, consensus building, communications, and customer support.

Before co-founding Abound Resources, Ms. Zeplin worked as Vice President and Manager of MIS with Victoria Bank and Trust and was an intricate part of the banks growth from $250 million to $1.8 billion.  She served as a liaison between the bank and the data processing center that serviced 30 banks.  June was also responsible for project management oversight of both operations and IT-related projects.  During her time as Vice President, June headed up the effort and managed the team that converted 23 banks into branches for the holding company.

A former Senior Consultant for Deloitte and Touche, Ms. Zeplin has managed multiple technology related projects, from planning and budgeting to managing vendor performance management.  She has participated in multiple client engagements that involved systems selections, both large core and ancillary.  June has also held management positions in retail banking and information systems.

Ms. Zeplin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston at Victoria with a double major in Management and Psychology. June earned her teaching certificate and served as an instructor and guest lecturer at two universities. She has taught business and human resources classes with a special emphasis in time management and project management.
