What is RightPath™ for Cash Management?

How does it work?
RightPath™ for Cash Management has two parts;

• We help you develop a 12 month roadmap for cash management success
• We check in with you quarterly to make sure you’re progressing on your plan and we share our up to the minute benchmarking and best practice research to keep you ahead of the competition

One of our cash management consultants, all of which are Certified Treasury Professionals (CTP), will start by understanding your bank’s commercial business strategy, cash management goals, commercial customer base and competition. Then our cash management experts will review your:

• Current cash management product offerings
• Cash management technology vendors and systems that support those products
• Commercial service charge philosophy
• Cash management sales, product development and product support functions

Once those have been reviewed, they will make improvement recommendations and work with you to build a 12 month action plan to maximize your cash management program.

After that, we will follow up with you quarterly to:

• Make sure you are current on your action plan
• Share the results of our proprietary cash management research including benchmark pricing and cost information of both community banks and large banks (as a client, you help decide what we research each quarter)
• Share our best practice reports on topics related to our benchmark studies such as cash management sales and marketing, product management and product packaging and pricing
