Some of you may be saying, “of course we need to be opening accounts online, it’s ridiculous we haven’t done it yet.” Some of you may be thinking, “no way, it’s too risky and the thought of dealing with the regulatory issues on this gives me a migraine.” Still others might be thinking, “this is another one of those half-baked ideas I’m going to get stuck implementing. We’re tight on staff, all I hear our CEO talk about is better efficiency which means I’m going to have to work even longer hours to get this done.”
